2018 Chew Dinner Series

We are proud to partner with CHEW KENTUCKY for another year!  This year the Chefs will create a locally sourced two or three-course meal inspired by traditional cuisine of their country.  CHEW GLOBAL will feature culturally inspired cuisines of West African Chef Sav, Sav’s Grill; Japanese Chefs Hidenori & Shima Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi’s; Vietnamese Chef Pho BC; Greek Chef Ilias Pappas, Athenian Grill; Thai and Indian will be explored.

This year, we will be exploring The Elements; fire | Chef Stephen Holden, Table Three Ten; earth | Chef Justin Thompson, Local Feed; water | Chef Mark Richardson, Dudley’s; air | Chef Kevin Toyoda, Bella Notte.
